Had an amazing night performing for the Downey, CA Kiwanis. We raised a bunch of money at their clean comedy night. Fantastic group.
On a personal note it's fun to reflect on these shows. Comedy is hard. Clean corporate comedy is even more difficult. Then add children of varying ages into the mix and it can be incredibly tough to find the right tone and material to appeal to everyone. These kinds of shows are ones I couldn't have done my first five years in the business. But two decades of experience has paid off. It was a smooth, hilarious, and successful night for everyone involved. Experience is golden.
